Day 2 of the Niger Delta Development Forum was on November 18, 2015. After a very full and productive first day, participants piled back into the main conference room at the Best Western Hotel to continue conversations around sustainable development for the region.

The 4th Annual Niger Delta Development Forum with a theme of "Collaborative Efforts for Stimulating Investments and Inclusive Economic Growth in the Niger Delta" was held on November 17 - 18, 2015 in Delta state's capital city, Asaba.

Cecil Oba is a Senior Capacity Building Programme Specialist at Research Triangle International (RTI) Oba has 10 years cross-sectoral working experience with international non-governmental organizations, private and public sector such as Africare, New Nigeria Foundation, Tanat Consult Limited and Nigeria Tel. His has experience in cross-cultural awareness, capacity building, leadership and governance, management of diverse populations, training and facilitation, database management, budget and grant monitoring, computer application, economic growth-related projects and HIV/AIDS programming.
