PIND is seeking to engage a firm to engage a researcher to support PIND’s research, analysis, and development of an evidenced research brief on the status of the SDGs in the Niger Delta.  To this effect, kindly see below the Terms of Reference (TOR).

If you are interested, kindly respond by submitting all requirements listed under How to apply section on the TOR alongside ALL mandatory requirements for engaging vendors to procurement@pindfoundation.org not later than 18^th October 2019. The guidelines as to how and when to respond are all contained in the attached document. A Technical Review Committee will evaluate all submissions and the most suitable applicant will be considered for this service.
