Sharon holds a B.Sc in Plant Science and Biotechnology with a major in Environmental Plant Science from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.  She is currently the Lead organizer for Women Techmakers Port Harcourt and the County Lead for Women in Tech Africa. Her passion for technology and youth leadership has earned her opportunities to work in large international tech and youth organizations like GOOGLE INC, AIESEC, and WAAW Foundation. As a UN Online volunteer and research analyst, she has assisted to implement various community development projects around Africa. Sharon has a strong interest in coding and at such spends most of her leisure time learning and writing codes for website and android app development. She enjoys traveling and experiencing a variety of cultures around the world. She is also interested in developing the right entrepreneurial and tech culture amongst young people in the Niger Delta.
