April 3, 2024Are you a student or young African professional between the ages of 16 and 25 or 25 and 40 who is passionate about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and eager to make a positive impact in your country? Then the Africa SDGs Mentorship Programme is for you!
AIIDEV Africa, known as the Advance Initiative for International Development, is a solution-centred development organization with the goal of establishing innovation focused on achieving sustainable development in developing countries.
This unique seven-month fellowship by AIIDEV Africa equips young professionals with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to become SDGs Champions in Africa. The programme addresses the gap in mentorship opportunities for young Africans passionate about sustainable development. The objective is to foster leadership development and equip fellows to contribute to achieving the SDGs in Africa by pairing them with experienced mentors.

Eligibility:
- Citizen of an African country
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- minimum of 2 years of work experience in sustainable development or volunteer work related to SDGs
- Fluency in English
- Reliable internet connections and technological devices
