USAID Nigeria’s Strengthening Advocacy and Civic Engagement (SACE) project hosted a half-day session on February 26th during Social Media Week Lagos that began with an innovators breakfast for thought-leaders and innovators to share ideas on governance in Nigeria that was followed by a panel discussion on governance challenges post May 29, 2015. The day ended with three master-classes that explored the various ways social media could be used for better effective engagement with government.
