PIND is a Nigerian non-profit Foundation established in 2010 with initial funding by Chevron Corporation to support a portfolio of socio-economic development programs for Nigeria’s Niger Delta to improve standards of living of communities in the region. PIND supports projects in collaboration with a diverse range of donor partners including bilateral and multilateral aid agencies, federal and state government agencies in Nigeria, private companies and foundations.
PIND wants to engage Two (2) consultants with skills in institutional capacity assessment, evaluation and business development as well as financial/administrative capacity assessment to work with PPCD to ascertain the progress being made in the implementation of the recommendations from the 2018 assessment. The assessment will focus on the capacity areas covered in the assessment using the same range of OCA scores in the initial assessment.
The target RDCs are KEFFES and Dodo Rivers in Bayelsa; Itsekiri and Egbema Gbaramatu in Delta State and Ilaje RDC in Ondo State. The evaluation will importantly also help to track and report outcomes of PIND capacity-building support to the RDCs and other related results.
