May 27, 2015Nigeria’s Texaco Outershelf Limited says it has donated a building containing a hybrid library with equipped internet facilities and other basic amenities to Ilaje High School, Igbokoda, in Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo State.
The Director, Deepwater and Production Sharing Contract, Mr. Ewing Jeffry, represented by Manager, Communications, Policy, Government and Public Affairs Department, Sola Adebawo, disclosed during the commissioning of the project that the project was in line with the principles of Deep Offshore Community Affairs Group (DOCAG).
According to him, the project was awarded by a Chevron Company, Operators of Oil Milling List (OML) 132 and Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in August 14, 2014 and completed it within the agreed three months period, with zero percent mobilisation fees for the contractor.
