September 2, 2014The Akure-based Medavile Construction Company has said it has concluded arrangements to work with the Federal Government and another firm to build 250 housing units in the Ondo State capital.
At the signing of the project agreement, the Director, Medavile Construction Company, Mr. Akin Benson, said the firm was entering into a pact with Easy Set Engineering Limited for the development of an estate on the Federal Government land near the Ondo State Police Command headquarters, Igbatoro Road, Akure.
Benson noted that the partnership with Easy Set was to avail the people of the state an opportunity of qualitative and affordable housing units at the Medaville Estate in Akure
While calling on prospective buyers to take advantage of the affordability of the units, he assured prospective buyers of adequate security and state-of-the-art facilities in the estate.
Also speaking, the Director of Easy Set Engineering, Mr. Khalil Fawaz, described the location of the estate as impressive and assured prospective buyers of prompt delivery of quality housing units.
According to him, the technologies being deployed in the construction of the houses will ensure comfort for the buyers.
Fawaz, who explained that his company had being in the business of building affordable houses for long time now, commended Medaville for providing good leverage for the construction of mass housing units for the people.
A senior member of staff of Medaville, Mr. Dominic Gbenga, hinted that the technology employed to develop the units was unprecedented in Ondo State and assured that prospective buyers would get value for their money.
