This quarterly tracker is a comprehensive report of conflict trends from the first quarter of 2019.
It is designed to update Peace Agents in the Niger Delta on patterns and trends in conflict risk and violence in the Niger Delta, as identified by PIND Foundation’s Integrated Peace and Development Unit’s (IPDU) early warning system, and to seek feedback and input for response to mitigate areas of conflict.
