The Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND) is seeking a qualified GIS Consultant to create a comprehensive geospatial and socio-economic database of over 11,000 Peace Actors across the nine Niger Delta states.

The project aims to map geographic locations and profile the socio-economic status of at least 2,500 active actors to improve conflict early warning coordination and resource deployment.

Eligibility:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in GIS and data management.
• Proven expertise in ArcGIS or similar tools and handling large datasets.
• Familiarity with the Niger Delta context and community-based networks.
• Women-led firms and female consultants are strongly encouraged to apply.
