Young Africa International invites proposals from experienced organizations to implement mentorship and coaching programs that support female-led nano and micro enterprises operating in the Creative (Orange) and Greening (Green) sectors.
The initiative aims to mentor and coach 2,000 female entrepreneurs across Nigeria by April 2026, comprising:
- 1,000 in Creative Skills (Orange Economy)
- 1,000 in Greening Skills (Green Economy)
Geographic Coverage: FCT (Abuja), Lagos, Ondo, Anambra, Akwa Ibom, and Edo States.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested organizations must:
- Be legally registered in Nigeria with proven operational presence.
- Provide audited financial statements for at least the past two years.
- Demonstrate a strong track record in mentoring or coaching women entrepreneurs.
- Have experience in one or both sectors: Creative (Orange) or Green Economy.
- Show capacity to facilitate linkages to finance and market access.
