August 3, 2017The Niger Delta Power Holding Company Limited (NDPHC), a holding company for the National Integrated Power Project whose corporate headquarters is located at Plot 1490, Samuel Ademulegun Street, Central Business District, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory is desirous to undertake procurement in the under-listed areas under its 2017 fiscal year appropriation.
GROUP A- ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT
• Supply of electrical equipment
• Supply of switchgear, power transformers, distribution transformers and other high and medium voltage electrical equipment and materials for power stations and transmission & distribution substations
• Supply of distribution equipment, materials and spare parts
• Supply of consumables (fuel, diesel, lubricants, filters, oil mist eliminators,
• etc.) and spare parts for maintenance and operation of power plants and substations
• Supply of Personal Protective Equipment for personnel at power stations and substations
• Supply and installation of fibre glass security cabins
WORKS
• Civil works (roads, drainages, erosion control, fencing, modifications, landscaping, service and office buildings, perimeter fencing of Housing Estate sites, etc.) at power stations and substations
• Demolition of structures on the road
• Installation and maintenance works at power stations and substations
• Installation of standard electro-braid security fence tinned copper wire with CCTV electronic fence digital encoder with camera.
• Engineering and construction of injection: substations, distribution substations, medium voltage distribution networks
• Construction of boreholes and water supply pipelines at power stations and substations
• Remedial works on erosion threatened High Voltage transmission line towers
• Installation of electrical equipment
• Refurbishing of combustion hardware
SERVICES
• Project engineering (design, procurement and construction supervision of EPC contracts)
• Project management methodologies (deployment of standards and procedures for project management activities)
• Provision of specialist manpower for operation and maintenance of power stations
• Specialised maintenance and/or repairs, chemical analysis services at power stations and substations Fire Fighting services at power stations
• Preservation of Gas Pressure Reduction and Metering Stations (PRMS)
GROUP – B
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING PROCUREMENT
• Architectural, quantity surveying, land surveying, structural engineering services
• Environmental Management Planning services
• EIA Certification and Environmental Compliance Monitoring services
• Environmental audit
• Estate Survey & Valuation and Wayleave Consultancy services
• Preparation of as-built survey of all completed power plants and power plant housing estates across die country
• Preparation of topographical survey for engineering purposes,
• Re-establishment of damaged/lost boundary pillars at Power Plants and Power Plant Housing Estates.
• Surveillance/ monitoring of the boundaries of all power plant locations and acquired transmission line right of way to prevent or reduce encroachment to the barest minimum.
GROUP – C
SUPPORT SERVICE/ CONSULTING PROCUREMENT
SUPPLY:
• Supply of Office material and equipment
• Medical and Healthcare supplies
• Supply of office furniture
• Supply and installation of window blinds
• Supply of Productivity Software
• Supply of Communication Hardware (Supplier must be a Partner of Cisco and/or HP)
• Supply of Desktop/Laptop Computers. Printers, Scanners Ink and other ICT peripherals (Contractor must be a Partner of HP)
• Supply of branded corporate gifts (T-shirts, face caps, gift bags, umbrellas, cufflinks, lapel pins, etc.)
• Supply of ICT training equipment/teaching aides and materials
SERVICE:
• Catering services
• Security services
• Installation of access control
• Technical audit of power plants
• Deployment of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution Development and implementation of a hybrid electronic Document Management System (DMS)
• Deployment and implementation of an Enterprise Grade Disaster Recovery Solution
• Implementation of a Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS) -(Contractor must be a partner of Microsoft)
• Maintenance Services for ICT tools/infrastructure (Contractor must be a Partner of Cisco and/or HP)
• Monthly Effluent Monitoring
• Transportation and logistics services
• Human Resource Management consulting services
• Financial services consulting
• Procurement services consulting
• Engineering services
• ICT Consultancy Services
In light of the foregoing, NDPHC invites reputable, competent and interested contractors, suppliers and service providers to submit Expressions of Interest showing Technical and Financial competence for any of the above relevant areas. All submissions are required to include the following:
• Certificate of Incorporation/Evidence of registration with the Corporate
• Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Tax clearance certificate for the past three years
• Three years audited financial account duly stamped by a registered Auditor
• Evidence of PENCOM compliance certificate in line with section 16 (6) (d) of the Public Procurement Act 2007
• Evidence of compliance with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act 2011 in line with section 16 (6) (d) of the Public Procurement Act2007
• Evidence of compliance with Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF)
• COREN practising license (for engineering firms)
• Evidence of Interim Registration Report (IRR) issued by BPP
• Company profile reflecting competence, plant & equipment owned/leased or hired while also indicating professional and non-professional personnel (where applicable)
• Evidence of experience and successful completion of similar projects executed in the last five years. Such evidence shall be in the form of valid and verifiable letters of award of contract, contract agreement and completion certificates or interim payment certificates where such jobs are still in progress
Interested eligible Contractors, Suppliers and Service Providers are required to make their submissions through the Company’s procurement portal which can be accessed via the Company’s website on http://ndphc.net/procurement/
The submission should reach us on or before 31st August 2017.
