In effort to implement Governor Okezie Ikpeazu's pledge to train and empower 100,000 unemployed Abia youths, for which Education For Employment (E4E) progrmame was established, 500 ICT practitioners were last week, given three days appropriate induction/training in Umuahia in Kiara College.
