O.B Lulu-Briggs Foundation is a privately funded registered charity that is committed to providing quality humanitarian services to people in rural communities. Remarkable achievements have so far been recorded in local communities of Rivers State, the Niger Delta and beyond.
The Foundation started operations with the Care For Life Programme in 2001, focused on assisting the elderly in rural areas. Over time, the Foundation evolved encorporate 4 other major programmes to address the needs and issues that affect the rural areas in the Niger Delta region. These programmes are Medical Mission, Education and Scholarship, Entrepreneurship, and the Safe Water Project.

To provide selfless service to humanity, cutting edge innovative and sustainable approaches to address diseases of public health importance through effective program management, delivering outstanding and proactive social services, capacity building, research, strategic information and advocacy in partnership with other stack holders and spiritual guidance to local communities.
Our Vision
To be a leading Not-for profit/Public health and Socio-economic Non-Governmental organization committed to reduce disease burden, socio-economic issues and impact mitigation with a wide local and international reach through partnership initiatives in our service delivery in Nigeria and in Africa.
