The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) is empowering young Nigerians through specialized training in ten high-demand oil and gas skills. This program is designed to position participants for employment opportunities arising from new projects within the Nigerian oil and gas sector.

Requirements:

• Participants must be aged 35 years or below.
• Minimum qualification of OND, HND, or BSc in Engineering, Sciences, Technology, or related disciplines.
• Interest in specialized areas such as Sub-Sea Engineering, Underwater Welding, Helicopter Piloting, or Digitalization (AI/IoT).
