Entrepreneurship and Innovation Centre limited in partnership with PIND present, the Rivers Construction Skills Empowerment ( Riv C-STEM) program.
With the aim to redefine and standardize the competence level of workers who provide service in the Construction Sector, improve the quality of jobs delivered, and create jobs for youths in the major Construction Companies within the Niger Delta Region. This program will train youths from Rivers State, Delta State and Akwa Ibom State in Entrepreneurship and Soft skills training, Plumbing, tiling, and electrical installation.
This program is designed to provide hands-on training in these key areas of building construction, with experienced instructors who will guide you through every step of the process. You’ll learn about industry best practices, safety guidelines, and the latest techniques and tools used in any of your chosen field.

PIND implementing partner, Azure and Gold Development Foundation is inviting individuals who wants to be trained in vocational skills program and job linkage in building construction.
Indigene or residents of Akwa Ibom and Delta States are eligible to apply. This program is open to individuals aged 16-30 who are either out-of-school or out-of-job (including primary school leavers, SSCE holders, OND holders, and BSc holders), among others.
Skills Areas:
1. P.O.P. Design and Installation
2. Paint Production and Wall Finishing
3. Plumbing and Pipe Fitting
4. Tiling and Floor Finishing
5. Soft Skills and Entrepreneurship Training for all participants
The program will last for a period of 6 months.
