The Nigeria Air Force in Yenagoa expressed its readiness to collaborate with other security agencies to fight crime in the Niger Delta.

AVM Samuel Abosede, the new Air Officer Commanding (AOC), Mobility Command of the Nigeria Air Force said this shortly after taking over the command from AVM Chris Chukwu.

“We will reinvigorate our joint operations by partnering with security stakeholders in the region to contain economic crimes.

“The command will also do a lot of advocacy in the state for the people to feel its presence and benefit from its activities,” Abosede said.

He said that the command would work in line with the agenda of the Chief of Air Staff, AVM, Adesola Amosu. (Source: Daily Times)
